Jennifer Petersen - Director
Jennifer Petersen is the owner of the Carnelian Rose Tea Co. and is a masterful tea blender. She is the director of the training series, "How to Open and Operate a Profitable Tea Business".
Ms. Petersen is a professional speaker and trainer and conducts on-site training and motivational seminars for companies and associations. She is also a consultant on tea etiquette, business and social etiquette, and international protocol. She is a graduate of the Protocol School of WashingtonŽ.
Petersen is a member of Specialty Tea Institute, the American Botanical Council, Women Entrepreneurs' Organization and is a former member of the Specialty Tea Institute's Tea Advisory Board. Petersen served on STI's Foundations of Tea development committee. In 2004, she chaired the STI Tea Symposium in Seattle, Washington.
